Flexible with time away from work -So far I've never had an issue if I had to leave work or miss work for family/life related issues.
Cons
They now require you bank with the company if you want direct deposit (it's 2015 who wants a paper check?) The worst part is, you are not treated like a "customer" when it comes to service for your account. No clear in-line career progression. No mentoring from seniors or management. Promises made about promotions/advances that are not kept - but they expect you to keep your end of the deal Very little team structure Low pay compared to others in the industry No incentives for production or hard work Very few team building events The list goes on Synovus was once known to be a strong company but the COO and CIO care less for employees now than ever
