Operations team is rude, and unprofessional, most drivers are untrained and clueless, they leave products at customers without giving them a chance to look for items and products are always missing and damaged. We are then fighting with operations management team to get rightful credit for our customers, and credits are mostly rejected, and it damages the relationship with customers and they lose trust in us. Senior leadership do not care and they simply disregard this issue that has been happening for almost two years.
Senior leadership just sits behind their desks all day and don’t care what’s actually happening on the street and why we are constantly losing cases to competition because of our poor service level. Orders are being returned at a high rate, and lots of products are constantly missing from deliveries, which is very sad for a company of this size. There’s no work life balance, impossible to take a day off and vacation, it is literally a 7 day job now with Saturday delivery.
