      This company is a great company to start with. Upper management does not choose favorites when it comes to handing out projects. Everyone is on one team and we all work to help one another.

      Takes management awhile to communicate to employees about what is going on in the work-place.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
