Pros
Nice new office. Before Covid, used to have good lunch and learns with free food. Working here made me thankful I opened my eyes to look for work that offered their employees a work-from-home option for the foreseeable future and better benefits.
Cons
The company doesn't work on good notable projects anymore. They give those projects to the Associate Partners and senior leaders. They have high turnover because they don't know how to take care of their employees. While the rest of the country was being asked to work remotely to further prevent transmission of the Covid 19 virus, Syska made it mandatory for workers to come in. Meanwhile, the office building would have multiple cases per week and HR would send out an email message that was re-used over and over.
