      Company works with employees to make sure their goals are met. Different types of testing and plenty of options to learn about different fields and types of equipment. Upper management is friendly and welcomes ideas and opinions.

      Cons

      Not much training or guidance. A lot of travel.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
