      Great industry experience and exposure. Work environment is team-oriented, collaborative and friendly.

      Cons

      Employees salaries are undervalued. Workload bandwidth will be pushed to the limit. Manage your workload closely, be firm, or expect to work overtime.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
