3yThank you for your feedback. Syska Hennessy followed all CDC guidelines by state to ensure employee safety during the pandemic.
We also understand that projects may at times require additional hours to meet overall project deadlines. Regular feedback with your manager is essential to align staffing per project. If an employee feels that doesn’t work – we also have processes in place to assist as well. Our goal is always the well-being of our staff.
Syska Hennessy uses our firm intranet to provide a platform for national communications (eg. What’s happening in our offices and externally). We conveyed our stance on DEI and racism internally and on all social media platforms. Syska Hennessy hosted a SHAPE (Syska Hennessy Advocating for Professional Equality) panel discussion on Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
