      - Fast Paced - Great Schedule - lots of knowledgeable engineers.

      Cons

      The company should allow work from home days other than Friday. Commuting just to sit in front of a computer all day.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
