      - Good people to work with and overall friendly culture - Decent starting pay - Projects and be very fun and satisfying to complete - Learn a lot during the job

      Cons

      - Deadlines for projects can be extreme and sometimes work gets pushed onto you unfairly - Work life balance needs to be better - Staffing and management can be improved

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
