      Good people on top of their game. Great starting off point for becoming more technically involved with projects.

      Expectations for performace are high but advancement within the company moves slow compared to what you could achieve hopping jobs in the market.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
