      Team dynamic that is supportive and friendly. Everyone is extremely well versed and knowledgeable and happy to mentor. Management is organized and supportive, with lots of branches of support.

      A big company with a lot of projects that you will be a part of.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
