      Great team, very supportive, looking to keep interns if they perform well which isn't always true for internships

      Engineering Design field in general is underpaid and upward movement can be limited. Not specific to SH

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
