      Interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Not open to flexible work schedules. Leadership walks around in the morning to see if us good little boys and girls are sitting in our desks. One would think they would have better things to do. Leadership in general needs to be more adaptive and modern.

      Pros

      Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

      Cons

      They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
