Pros
Syska has for the most part a good environment specially for mid level and younger talent to gain knowledge,grow in their profession and use it as a stepping stone to move elsewhere. Depending on which region you end up, the level of mentoring and opportunities varies.
Cons
The promotion, recognition and raises for the most part are subjective and not based on hard work and dedication to your job. Those who shout louder are more likely to be recognized if they are able to play the right amount of politics. Sadly at times the recognition comes when you're resigning!!! By then, it's too late..
