Pros

4-9-4 schedule so we work 9 hours in office Mon-Thurs and then only 4 hours on Friday from home. Good 401K match and plenty of diverse projects to gain experience in the field. Coworkers are friendly and there are a good number of events with food provided. There is a good year-long training program for new hires that recently graduated, where they can experience different disciplines and work on a large collaborative project, with a retreat at the end.

Cons

Company has become stricter on the work from home policy and likes to micromanage certain departments. Tons of fast deadlines with not enough manpower-overtime is expected. You may be unlucky and spend your time doing a bunch of small tenant fit-out projects instead of the interesting larger projects. FE and PE are now required for you to even be considered for certain promotions. Open cubicle office, and most eat at their desks.

Pros

Lunch and learns are nice. And they do have clear career growth timelines.

Cons

They expect you to pay for daily parking which adds up fast. Not flexible WFH. Micromanagement and harsh. Lack of middle engineers because they all leave once they have experience yet leadership does nothing to retain.
