Abusive and micromanaging. If you choose to work here, document everything as gaslighting and constantly changing goals are common. Most of the good people here have been forced out the door, including almost all management that had the strength to stand up to the executive staff for their employees. Quite a bit of "reorganizing" in recent years. The pay and benefits are high mainly to make it harder to leave on your own terms. This once was an incredible place to work, but has constantly been getting worse following some executive changes a few years ago. Make sure you look at review dates when considering this place.
