Very heavy work load with minimal coverage and help. Very poor work life balance. Depending on area, lots of travel. Poor planning and implementation of instrumentation modifications. Low tech solution to service call reporting and closure. (Software is poorly constructed and maintained) Very behind on completing and validating necessary procedures for field use. Poor planning in parts department causing slowdowns and long waits for customers. Poor planning for new instrumentation acquisition (short notice to field causing scramble for training)
