What a mess! - Senior Project Manager Systech International Employee Review

The project management organization is a complete shambles. Extremely careless in the way they communicate. I deduced they were aiming to let me go without ever telling me. I proactively had to reach out to find out I was being let go and was never given a reason for why. They are now advertising director level positions at salaries lower than what they were paying me. I wonder if others will find out they're being fired without ever being told, or told why.
