A disorganized MESS! - Senior Project Manager Systech International Employee Review

They call themselves a software company but almost all the project implementation work is equipment focused and they don't stock enough to support their customers. Projects lag for weeks or months because of poor management. The PMO is ridiculous. Project managers, technical project managers, executive project managers and everyone performs the same functions - except that the executive PMs have the authority to scold you , undo your work and wreck your growth opportunity. They messed up in an email and i found out that I was going to be dismissed by accident! I had to proactively reach out to management to find out that they were dismissing me. This was after they VERY heavily recruited me. Never spoke to me one-on-one, no opportunity to correct any perceived problem (never notified there was one). The only thing I was told was that they elected not to extend me past the 90 day probationary period. NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER! The ship is sinking and management is staying the course. STAY AWAY. Employees are unhappy, turnover is high and management just keeps moving the chess pieces hoping that something magical might turn things around.
