Good people across the company and strong mission supporting national security work. Leadership is engaged and there are opportunities to work on meaningful contracts. Team environment is generally supportive and collaborative.

Nothing negative to say about System High Corporation

Benefits package is decent for a small company although recent tweaks like removing the “extras programs” was unfortunate. Depending on what project or contract you’re on, the work seems like it actually makes a difference.

Sometimes profit over people seems to be the reality. Although some people in leadership are very genuine, I felt like it was a boys club in other parts of leadership circles. Additionally, hiring old friends over merit is never a good move. I’ve seen people nail interviews but still get picked over because the hiring manager wanted to hire an “old buddy”.
