Pros
Employee engagement activities, wonderful coworkers, Flextime and PTO, volunteering/charity work, work life balance (has gotten so much better!), HR Team, Management teams are growing and getting fantastic members, etc. As with any company you have your ups and downs, things you like and dislike, but SST has really made a huge and positive stride to better itself in the last few years. We have been focusing on our people and we are now able to bear the fruits of our labor! (side note: I have been with the company when it struggled to define itself and many people were unhappy - inclduing myself- and I have watched the company grow and evolve and really transition to being a great company to work for the last couple of years. I honestly believe any reviews from before 2018 cannot attest to our new culture as we have grown and made a lot of changes for the better.)
Cons
Our health insurance premiums are a bit high if you add spouse/family/children Like most places, sometimes we get a few "bad apples" who try to make the work place toxic. No 401K match (yet)
