No Pros Worst Company, don't spoil your career.

There is no value of your hard work, they keep hiding your incentives and placements, delaying your appraisals (Appraisal %5-10). When ever you ask anything for your benefits they will start giving excuses. If you're looking for high salary then do not think about them ever. Not at all worth it. don't spoil your career. They will let you go if you ask for hike and let their business down. They will hire some joker instead at the same salary.
