Dysfunctional - Anonymous employee Systemates Employee Review

We value employee feedback and our door is always open to listen to you so that we can become a better company. Unfortunately, we recently had two employees leave, a Sales Manager and Sales Person. Both did not get along with each other. I would have liked if both had talked their issues with senior management before leaving with no notice. Their actions put undue pressure on other employees where they had to pick-up the unfinished work. It is also unprofessional behavior. Systemates has a great product Projectmates, a project management software for construction. Our employees are what makes this company's product great. In the recent customer survey, 78% respondents said our customer service is exemplary and the company deeply cares about its customers and employees. It's important that our employees are providing continuous feedback on what it's like to work at Systemates so we can continue improving and attracting great talent like you.
