They do not micro manage Great benefits Job was pretty easy

Workload is lacking someday can be really boring If you are offsite, they do not really company with you about what is going on within the company. No training opportunities.

Management gives you the freedom and latitude to work with your customers without micro-managing you. There is a very flat hierarchal structure to the company that makes communication with higher management very easy.

Do to the small size, there is definite favoritism shown to certain employees. These employees feel they can do whatever they want to do without regard to professionalism and common courtesy towards others.
