Pros
STG provided me with W2 employment under their company and excellent benefits (omg no balance bill after seeing the doctor? unbelievable!). They said I'd be put on a project with a certain vehicle manufacturer in Detroit. Excited to work for this company. Learned a lot from my colleagues who were employees of the said manufacturer.
Cons
I was of no use to STG as soon as the client kicked me and 500+ other engineers to the curb. STG, pretty please stop sending out birthday emails like we're some big happy cohesive company. I don't know who any of these boys and girls are. For the months I was under your thumb, I made you tens of thousands of dollars in profit, and you invested nothing in me. No training for my particular area of expertise. No mentorship. Drop the facade. If you're gonna pimp, at least try to imitate one. Invest in your personnel, and you might see better results. And why does the CEO need to be CC'd on every HR email?
