Thank your comment. We have employed hundreds of freshers and many of them go on to grown their careers in STG including STG sending them on H1B and GC in the USA. But STG expects our freshers to work hard and not to have an entitlement mentality. We have to make sure our clients get the highest quality of service so we have to make sure that our freshers work hard to keep our quality standards high.
