You will be shamed as a woman as Anup likes to constantly say that we are weak and only good in the kitchen and as Indian wife. He constantly bases former employee's and uses his contacts to make sure anyone that leaves under their own terms will have a impossible time trying to find work elsewhere. He uses other companies not registered to his name to get copies of bids from other companies so he can undercut them. His "Christmas party" is to humilate anyone that's not family or indian. A former employee is constantly brought up because he didn't give 2 MONTHS notice that he was leaving the company and Anup brags about how much this person has lost personally and how he loves to see that the person and family is homeless because of him. He needs to be reported to the state as he's already been reported to the labor department. 100+ hour weeks are expected from his people.
