Pros
All the respect and consistency you would expect from a multi billion dollar american corporation. Support is solid, any negative experiences will come down to the general nature of retail work and the management team of your particular store.
Cons
You really have to love this kind of work because it's far from being the most inspiring kind of job to have, fantastic to start off and get on your feet but after a couple of years, you might find yourself needing to evolve to something more meaningful. Also, the business model regarding their product pricing and department compartmentalising, etc allows for too many loopholes and confusion from customers, leaving you with a tough job at making them understand why things are the way they are. It's a strange and unique way of doing retail.
