      Flexibility in availability Easy job Great team and management

      Cons

      Low pay even though we make more money every year. Merchandising model is an absolute waste of time for everyone involved. Spending hours doing something for it to be gone 2 days. Massive corporate greed and lack of touch with reality in the store.
