The culture and majority of people are extremely friendly and willing to help. Intensive training sessions (some more helpful or useful than others).
Cons
Support functions don't spot when employees are not being treated right and alienate you. Having a disability doesn't mean you'll get adjustments made to account for them to make you feel comfortable or enable tests to reflect your actual ability - you're more likely to be made to feel inadequate.
