Terrible, unorganised management. Assistant manager having to run the whole ship while the store manager does very little. Lots of drama, lots of gossip. Nothing to do once delivery & putting out stock is complete. Very little room for progression. Very restrictive management. No holiday carryover. Pressured to book holidays. Tills is extremely repetitive & unenjoyable. Huge bias towards who is liked & who isn’t liked by management. Interrogated when off sick for any reason. Do not care about how you’re feeling when off, just care about when you’re coming back.
