If you decide to leave, make sure you absolutely never intend to return to the company in any way. I was with the customer service department at the Wichita Ks center for 10+ years. I left in good standing with a full 2 weeks notice. Come to find out at end of employment I was blacklisted from employment with the company. Every application has been denied between the call center and local retail stores. They would rather hire people with zero experience and train them than hire back tenured employees.
