      Really liked all the people I worked with over many years. Never had negative things to say about the culture in general as policies were mostly well published and understood.

      Cons

      The publicly traded telecom sector is just very volatile. Sporadic reorganizations and shifting targets can be a difficult to maneuver as an employee.
