Pros

Work-Life balance was pretty flexible.

Cons

Cut pay for shift work (mid shift); over-the-top micromanagement, upper management could be overly assertive one moment, and the next tell you "good job". Even to this day, I have problems (after nearly 3 years) with their treatment of specific words and actions. If you were an ex-Sprint employee, you had next to zero chance of career development and improvement.

Pros

I took in what was given, the opportunity to make a great income on a part time job. Learned several skills that now help me in my profession.

Cons

If you aren't a commission driven person then this can be a challenging job for you.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
