Pros

The health insurance is good. Discounted cell phone service. The toilets flush themselves. The sinks and paper towel machines are automatic.

Cons

Management & HR Department doesn't care about employee's, more sales than customer service, bad shift selection, went over a month with no coaching on metrics that were used to choose shifts.

I took in what was given, the opportunity to make a great income on a part time job. Learned several skills that now help me in my profession.

Cons

If you aren't a commission driven person then this can be a challenging job for you.
