Pros
The people I worked with were great! My commute was great, close to my home, parking was free and easy to find and the facilities were nice. Felt good about a stable company as a contractor and then..... The bottom fell out.
Cons
The company decided they needed to make the contractors remember they were not employees. They moved my team from Bothell to Factoria increasing my commute by an hour. They took away our desks and stacked on top of each other on a floor where we sat shoulder to shoulder. It was open so really loud. They then took away contractor parking on campus and made us park in lots in Bellevue with shuttles. They then reduced the number of shuttles so it took around 40 minutes to get from the parking lot to the campus. Management increased the amount of time to turn deliverables and marketing would launch a new product without telling the back end support teams and we had to change the retail rep and customer service software and interfaces in a couple of weeks to catch up to marketing. By the time we were close to getting a handle on the new features, they would launch another product in the market. I hated watching the commercials because I knew each new one was going to create a nightmare.
