Pros

Good pay, decent commission, good benefits and rate plan discount, lots of great coworkers and personality’s all dependent on area and store you work at

Cons

No coaching, learn on your own, a joke for training when initially hired sink or swim. Constant commission restructuring which is annoying and never seems to benefit reps

If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
