Pros

Easy to Bonus, Great pay, Parties, Free snacks, Cafe, Gym, Mini Theater, Free Coffee, Nice people, Prizes, Contest, Free swag, Great people, Benefits, Really good discount on phone plan, Events, CEO, lots of schedule options, child care help, Great company.

Cons

Lots of pressure, numbers game, egos, stressful, angry customers, tedious days, schedules change which is hard if you don't get your top pick, sometimes aggressive co-workers or those who have tantrums can get their way more because coaches don't want to listen to them anymore. Honestly everything about the company is great, except for the actual work which is heinous. Takes a certain personality type.

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
