Pros

Great benefits for part-time workers. Worked with some of the most incredible people in my time there. Good job for students or people looking to make some extra money from a commission based job. Great job if you like to stay on the pulse of tech and wireless related products.

Cons

Commission structure would change constantly and would never benefit the employees. We always ended up getting payed less and less. Sales quota expectations were a bit unrealistic at times and took away from the customer experience because you had to harass customers with products they didn't need. Job security is very spotty at best and you have a sense of uncertainty if you don't perform for the month. Micro-managing can become annoying quickly and follow up after every transaction gets old quick. Management can vary in quality and expertise and because of that stores can suffer. All of these reasons contribute to the high turnover rate.
