Pros

Benefits were good and discounted phone service was great. I did meet some wonderful leaders and some people that should never have any direct reports.

Cons

When I was there front line supervisors (Coaches) were not treated very well. Some NOT ALL senior management treated Manager and Coaches in a manner that is considered hostile. There is no need to be disrespectful, talk down or abusive to your employees. Maybe thats acceptable at some levels but not to me. I can honestly say I hated working there.
