Pros
Great vacation time, benefits, decent pay. Partial WFH options.
Cons
They push political opinions. They do not like the push towards WFH norms. Their processes and practices are very archaic and do not want to hear ideas on how to make them better. They were not prepared for the business accounts from Sprint and I'm not sure they ever will be. They focus their energy on how they can LOOK good in the public eye and not on how they actually perform.
