Pros

One of the top 3 in wireless. Locations across the US

Cons

Sr mgmt is not consistent. Too many departments are doing their own thing and when things are rolled out on a national level, there was not enough thought put into how it would impact on a store level. Nor was their the support from all departments. Commission level for a store manager was changed recently. None of the sales reps are on a quota except store mgmt Literally, in the first 2 months, part time reps were making more commission then the store manager. The director of retail said in a meeting, "honestly, you were being paid too much."

I took in what was given, the opportunity to make a great income on a part time job. Learned several skills that now help me in my profession.

Cons

If you aren't a commission driven person then this can be a challenging job for you.
