Pay Bonuses Fluctuate based of team and individuals Micromanaging After the pandemic the schedules were chosen for us and if you were sick you were told you could not work from home you would need to come to the call center. This really upset me because they made us do a training stating if you feel/are sick you can request to work from home. I was told I could not do this, because the policy was updated. No one alerted agents about this change. Made me worry how many people were walking around the call center with Covid.
