Pros

Good benefits, which include daycare assistance. Stable schedule which changes at six month increments. Some of the leadership is very good, and invested in your success as an agent.

Cons

The nature of the work is fairly repetitive. Training does not adequately prepare you for the actual work you do. You'll be told constantly to "get your name out there", which will confirm to anyone who is rational that it's not about the quality of work you do but who you make friends with. Can be very cliquey. No adequate strategy for team burnout, as well as individual burnout.

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
