Pros

Great co-workers, great benefits, not much else.

Cons

Poor corporate leadership. No faith in the direction the current CEO is taking the company. Your stock isn't plunging because your employees are wfh, despite wanting to bring everyone back into the office to fix the issue you're just putting people's lives at risk for no reason. The reason it's plunging and you're getting sued for security breaches is because you outsourced tons of jobs.
