Pros

Aggressive compensation packages and benefits and once was a place of pride under the leadership of John Legere.

Cons

Mike Sievert & Jon Freier lack emotional intelligence and inspirational leadership. They have created a culture where profits take precedence, with the tradeoff being employee health and work life balance. Mass layoffs drive short term revenue gains however it places unnecessary strain on Employees who have to pick up the work of their collogues who got laid off without backfill. The running joke is that employees are only identified by their personnel number. Cutting costs hasn't only impacted T-Mobiles employees, but their distribution partner business is also feeling the effects as they have seen a reduction in their cash flows and month 1 commissions. The Dealer channel no longer feels valued as they are asked to invest substantial capital or lose their business due to termination. Dealers, invest their entire livelihood into the T-Mobile brand and are being terminated for reasons outside of their control in the name of profits.
