Pros

T-Mobile's Benefits have been great for so long. They managed to keep a majority of the workforce through a world wide pandemic.

Cons

No longer employee focused. They are focused on revenue and making every customer buy an insurance program for their device. They've layed of 10,000 employees in the past 3-4 year. The company is bleeding people and money
