Pros

You'll work with some really amazing ICs, and if you get lucky, a great manager. Good benefits.

Cons

Post-merger, T-Mobile has become Sprint. The director+ population lacks transparency, prioritization skills, and vision. You can very, very easily get a manager who will make you want to bail as soon as you can. The creativity and Uncarrier spirit left with John Legere, and it's been replaced with Sprint. Great plan, to take in a failing company and make it the standard for operating. Career development and financial opportunity dry up after five years.
