Pros

Employee phone discount, free ORCA card, 1-2 days per week you can work at home, and free lunch on the Bellevue campus.

Cons

Stringent requirement to be in the office at least 3-4 days per week. Badge swipes are monitored. The company does regressive rollbacks of quality-of-life benefits. PTO rollover was gutted to only 40 hours per year. I really doubt they'll keep the free lunches going indefinitely. Constant fire drills driven by leaders who come in and want to reinvent the wheel. Then that leader has a fall from grace, a new leader comes in with a new vision, and the treadmill repeats. Could barely finish one half-baked work product before the leaders are distracted by another new shiny thing and totally forget about the thing just people built for them. Cliquish, immature corporate culture. The extreme relationship politics get in the way of the work.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
