      Nothing, mediocre free food and T-Mobile park free tix sometimes

      Cons

      Dated leadership - they wanna be cool and ahead of the curve but they are all pretty old white men who have older ways of working and thinking. Culture is also old school - face time matters, you get promoted based on how x leader feels, consulting type fires everyday and not much respect for personal space. I've heard other teams are better than mine
